There are different types of push-ups. You can do the regular ones and you can also do a few fancy moves. Do the push up then stand up is the simplest and easiest type. Doing a push-up then dropping one elbow after another will be a bit harder but it will let your whole body move just like a fisherman’s boat. The most difficult is by doing it using one hand only. It will require a great strength and a whole lot of practice.
